Our understanding of Down syndrome is growing and changing constantly, much to the benefit of our families and people with Down syndrome. That is due in no small part to the dedication and on-going work of the members of the National Down Syndrome Congress Professional Advisory Council. Here you will find biographical sketches on each member of the Council, position papers they have developed on key issues affecting our families and all people with Down syndrome and, importantly, the most current health care guidelines for both children and adults with Down syndrome.
