Kathy Edwards has been a non-profit professional for 34 years. Starting her career as a Special Events Coordinator for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at 22, she has since worked her way to being a national consultant and has served in the capacity (and areas) of Executive Director, Strategic Planning Facilitator, grassroots 501(c)(3) creation and building, program development and implementation, budget strategies, 1023 facilitation and attainment, board building, board training, capital campaign strategies, development operations and National Center of Excellence roll-out and funding.
Throughout her career, she has worked with local, national, and international organizations, has facilitated training for many diverse groups, and has worked as a committed communications trainer. Kathy has worked to staff organizations and to create internal systems for both non-profit operations and for its human talent divisions.
Kathy and her husband Todd are avid football fans of The Ohio State University Buckeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers. When they are not watching football and spending time with their adult children, they enjoy spending their time traveling with family and friends.
