Y&A Conference Memory Book

The Memory Book is like a yearbook for the Y&A Convention Attendees. Each registered Y&A attendee will receive a complimentary Memory Book at Convention check-in in Pittsburgh.

After registering to attended the Y&A Conference, you must submit your memory book information no later than May 17th in order to be included in the Memory Book. The form asks for your name, where you live, a couple sentences you would like to share about yourself, and a picture.
